 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You must raise the return request within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging when you send it back.

 2. Non-Returnable Items

Because we deal with food products that require high hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
  • Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or discounts, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Items without proper proof of purchase or order ID.

 3. Refund Process

Once your return request is received and verified, the refund process will be initiated promptly.

 Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking).
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, as confirmed with the customer.

 Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
  • If a replacement is issued, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your refund has been processed successfully.

 4. Replacement Policy

If the product you received was incorrect, damaged, or defective, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

 Replacement Terms:

  • The replacement product will be dispatched once the issue has been verified and approved.
  • There will be no extra cost for replacements when the issue was caused by us or during courier handling.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

 5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us via email or phone within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your Order ID, registered mobile number, and a short description of the issue.

3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the product condition.

4. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that we may arrange a reverse pickup depending on your location, or you may be requested to ship the product back to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.

  • Sunnah Food India reserves the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests based on internal verification.

  • We request customers to carefully check the delivery parcel before accepting it from the courier agent.
