At Sunnah Food India, we believe in delivering the purity of Sunnah foods with honesty, care, and efficiency. We understand that every product you order carries a sense of trust, and we strive to make sure it reaches you in the best condition and at the right time.

This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders to our valued customers across India.

 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India through trusted and reputed courier partners.

Our goal is to make authentic Sunnah-inspired foods accessible to every corner of the country — safely and reliably.

If your area is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative arrangements or issue a refund if delivery is not possible.

 2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed successfully, our team begins processing it immediately.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Order Verification: For high-value or bulk orders, we may contact you for confirmation before dispatch to ensure safe delivery.
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking details and courier partner name.

We take utmost care in packaging every item to ensure it is handled safely throughout transit.

 3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier efficiency, and local logistics.

  • Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 working days
  • Other Urban Areas: 4–7 working days
  • Remote or Rural Locations: 7–10 working days

While we do our best to meet these timelines, please note that unexpected delays (due to weather, holidays, strikes, or courier issues) may occasionally occur.

 4. Shipping Charges

We aim to make our products affordable and accessible while maintaining quality packaging and handling standards.

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery anywhere in India.
  • Standard Shipping: A nominal delivery charge of ₹49–₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹999 (depending on location and weight).
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

There are no hidden charges — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

 5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID and a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Real-time updates about your order status on the courier’s website.

You can also log in to your Sunnah Food India account on our website and visit the “My Orders” section to track your parcel anytime.

If you experience difficulty tracking your shipment or have not received an update for over 3 days, please reach out to our support team — we’ll assist you immediately.

 6. Packaging and Handling

Each order is packaged with care to ensure freshness, protection, and hygiene:

  • Products are sealed in food-grade packaging materials.
  • Fragile items like glass bottles (e.g., olive oil, honey jars) are bubble-wrapped for extra safety.
  • Our warehouse staff follows strict hygiene and handling procedures as per FSSAI standards.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos before opening and contact us immediately so that we can investigate and replace it if necessary.

 7. Delays and Exceptions

Although we strive for timely deliveries, certain situations may cause unavoidable delays, including:

  • Natural calamities or extreme weather conditions.
  • Logistic strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.
  • Remote or restricted delivery zones.

In such cases, we request your patience and understanding. We promise to keep you informed and deliver your order at the earliest possible time.

 8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number during checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,
  • Unreachable contact number, or
  • Customer unavailability at delivery time,

we can re-ship it after confirming with you. However, in such cases, additional shipping charges may apply.

 9. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos or videos of the damaged/wrong item and outer packaging
  • A short description of the issue

After verification, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

We take such matters very seriously and ensure fair and quick resolutions.

 10. International Shipping

At present, Sunnah Food India ships only within India.

However, we are working to expand our logistics network to serve our international customers soon — *Insha’Allah* (by the will of Allah).
